Walter Penbaird holds an associate?s degree in liberal arts and science from Erie Community College and a bachelor of arts in humanities from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He plays guitar, a bamboo pentatonic flute, a silver concert flute, the mandolin, piano, alto recorder, and viola. This is his first book.
