Merely by chance, I discovered the American Holistic Nurses Association. My introduction to Therapeutic Touch awakened my inner core, and changed the direction of my nursing career. I earned a Masters? of Science in Natural Health and remained employed at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. Overtime, I was able to bridge the philosophies of Allopathic and Holistic Nursing. The results provided many opportunities, as a private practitioner, and lecturer at Canyon Ranch, Lenox, MA. Happiness can be interpreted in many ways, but it does take courage and endurance to reach up, and out, in order to achieve individual personal goals. May you never stop reaching for the stars!
