I am a business manager and passionate about management. I am a goal driven manager believing in managing by metrics and high performing teams. Currently working as Head of Japan for Kering Eyewear, based in Tokyo. From 2013 to 2017 Country Manager Luxottica for Thailand and then Indonesia. Background in Business Controlling and Business Planning. Master in Strategy and graduated in Business Administration. I spent from high school to master degree to study passionately about business and management. I have been extremely lucky to do the work I studied for. In my job, I can experiment everyday what managers can do to make their teams and organizations better and better. In 2013 I was assigned to a start up for Luxottica in Thailand. I had huge cultural and job issues when becoming first time Country Manager. However I found my own way to success. I wish to share my experience and lessons learned to those that are and will be in similar situations.
