Beatrice Campbell
Elaine Campbell was born in Edenton, North Carolina. The third of nine children. She attended Elizabeth City State University, BS, East Carolina University, Counseling Credits, HITEK Aviation Training, Lakeland Florida, She taught the aviation program to At Risk Students in York Pennsylvania, North American Montessori School, Surrey, Canada, Diploma, Emory University one semester, ITC, School of Religion, Master of Arts, Gifted Endorsement, Dekalb County School, Language Arts, Dekalb County School. Performance Arts Director, and Gifted Teacher, Briar Vista School, Language Arts and dance teacher at West Bertie in Lewiston, North Carolina, Recipient of the 1996 Olympic Writing Class Winner, Class Toured the Olympic Village, and the International Track Meet, Briar Vista, Executive Producer, A Salute to Black Classical Music, Fox Theater, Atlanta, Ga, Honor Teacher Nominee, Atlanta Journal / Constitution. Golden Peach Award for junior/ seniors? scholarship Drive, JARAR, INC., Played the principal actress in Sophocles?, Antigone at Elizabeth City State University. Presently, a gifted, Language Arts teacher and dance instructor at Canby Lane School. Student assisted worker, special mentor and my guardian, the late renowned and international acclaim scientist, Dr. Herman G. Cooke, discovered unknown species of Chironomid named in his honor of Elizabeth City State University.
