The handbook covers practice and research areas ranging from chronic disorders to infectious disease, from physical to mental disorders, and all the grey areas in between. At a time of great change in the United States relative to facilitating the production of better health for populations and individuals, any social worker engaged in this area would be well-advised to have this outstanding resource at hand."
