He is a Fellow of the American Statistical Association and the Institute of Mathematical Statistics. In addition to serving as Editor of the Methods and Applications of Statistics series, Dr. Balakrishnan is the coauthor of Precedence-Type TestsandApplications and A Primer on Statistical Distributions, both published by Wiley.
