He's presented TV programmes as devices as BBC Breakfast News and World's Strongest Man. Bill's a regular speaker at conferences and a passionate advocate of confidence-building techniques.
DR. ALEX YELLOWLESS is Medical Director of the Priority Hospital, Glasgow. He studied medicine at Edinburgh University and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists.
