I particularly liked the sections that deal with the following topics: the excellent introduction with advice how to make the actions work the best; how to shake the blues at the start of one’s day; how to divert one’s negative outlook both physically and mentally; how to enjoyably broaden one’s narrowed outlook; how to safely release pent-up frustrations; and how to harness the energy of one’s negative emotions as rocket fuel for productive enjoyment. This is an absolutely “5-star” book with many practical activities that likely will have the few, key “life-changing” routines that can enhance any particular person’s life. This is not a trivial exercise book. No, this is distilling down the very best of emotional-enhancement self-help books actionable nuggets into one short, crisp, brilliant volume.
