Many self-help books are unfocused. I like this book because of the relevant content, great examples and explanations and "next steps" a person can take in their own life. I wish I had this book when I was a teenager. It takes the judgment and blame out of situations and focuses on what is causing issues and how to move forward. Highly recommend!
