This book considers the contribution of venture capital to innovation from a comprehensive and transversal approach which is based on three levels of analysis: micro, meso and macroeconomic. Thus, venture capitalists’ behavior and their relationships with innovative entrepreneurs are examined in order to understand the influence of such funding on the innovation capacity of young companies and their performances.
