About the Editors Richard F. Kosobud is a well-respected, widely published economist currently teaching at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since 1992, he has been the Director of the Market-Based Approaches to Environmental Policy workshop of which this book is a result. Jennifer M. Zimmerman is currently a two-year financial analyst in the Investment Research department of a major investment bank. She was Co-Director of the Market-Based Approaches to Environmental Policy workshop. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, Ms. Zimmerman received her B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago, graduating with University Honors and Highest Distinction in Economics.
