BENDANIEL has served as Senior Vice President for Venture Capital at the American Research and Development/Textron; Group Vice President for Technology Components for Exxon Enterprises; and manager of ventures operation for General Electric. He is currently Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and has also served as a visiting fellow and lecturer on the management of technological innovation at Harvard Business School.

ARTHUR H. ROSENBLOOM is a special partner at Patricof & Co. Capital Corp. of New York City, where he specializes in transatlantic mergers and acquisitions. He has worked with many top U.S. firms, and has published numerous articles on international M&As.
