ROBERT BOND is a solicitor and notary public with over 20 years' experience in IT and IP law. He has advised on data security since 1983 and is a contributor on data protection to Leicester University's MSc in Security Management. Robert is also a highly regarded international speaker and presenter, and is also the author of several books and reports on IT and e-commerce law.

Robert is active in many industry groups. He is Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce's E-Commerce Committee (UK); Legal Counsel to the International Chamber of Commerce's E-Commerce Project in Paris; Legal Advisor to the Law Society of England and Wales' E-Commerce Working Group.
