LEE G. BOLMAN and TERRENCE E. DEAL pioneered the study of business life and learning in their best-selling book, Reframing Organizations (Jossey-Bass, 1994). Bolman is an author, teacher, and consultant who currently holds the Marion Bloch Chair in Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He consults worldwide to corporations, public agencies, universities, and schools. Deal is professor in education at Vanderbilt's Peabody College and a consultant to business, health care, and military, educational, and religious organizations worldwide.
