HAROLD STOLOVITCH is president of Harold D. Stolovitch & Associates Ltd. (HSA), specialists in the application of instructional technology and human performance technology to business, industry, government, and the military. The past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), Stolovitch recently retired as full professor and program head of Instructional Systems Technology at the Universite de Montreal, Quebec. ERICA KEEPS is executive vice-president of Harold D. Stolovitch & Associates Ltd., where she is a principal consultant, as well as chief operating and financial officer. For over thirty years, she has been a practitioner of instructional technology and human performance technology.
