About the Author Ted Padova is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner of The Image Source Digital Imaging and Photo Finishing Centers of Ventura and Thousand Oaks, California. He has been involved in digital imaging since founding a service bureau in 1990. Ted has taught university and higher education classes for over fifteen years in graphic design applications and digital prepress. Currently he teaches classes in Scanning and Halftoning, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat at the University of California, Santa Barbara and the University of California, Los Angeles. Ted has contributed to over a dozen computer books as a technical editor, coauthor, and author, including Adobe Photoshop Look and Learn (Version 6.0), Web Design Studio Secrets, and Adobe Photoshop 4.0 Bible (technical editor); Adobe Photoshop Tech Support (co-author); and Acrobat PDF Bible (author), all published by Hungry Minds, Inc. (formerly IDG Books Worldwide).
