Mark T. Nash is a Personal Financial Services Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers Private Company Services Practice in Dallas. He has over 20 years of experience in the areas of individual, estate, gift and trust tax compliance and planning. His professional practice deals extensively with high-net-worth individuals and family groups, closely held businesses and corporate executives. His clients have included “C-suite” executives at Fortune 500 companies as well as several individuals on the Forbes list of wealthiest Americans. Mark holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, and Masters degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and Oxford University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, and the Dallas Estate Planning Council. Mark is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and holds the AICPA Personal Financial Planning Specialist designation.
Brittney B. Saks is a Personal Financial Services Partner inPricewaterhouseCoopers Private Company Services Practice in Chicago. Brittney has provided income, trust and estate tax consulting and compliance services, which include compensation, investment, business succession, charitable giving, and retirement planning strategies to business owners, corporate executives, and wealthy families for the past 16 years. Most of Brittney’s time is spent working with high-net-worth family tax and financial planning issues, both from a consulting and from a compliance perspective. She is the lead engagement partner on some of the largest and most complex family office clients in Chicago. Brittney received both the Personal Financial Specialist accreditation as well as the Certified Public Accountant designation. She has a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she graduated with highest honors, and a Masters in Taxation from DePaul University, where she received special distinction. She is a member of the AICPA (Tax and Personal Financial Planning Division) and the Illinois CPA Society. Brittney is currently serving a three-year term on the AICPA Executive Personal Financial Planning committee.
