Thomas N. Bulkowski (Keller, TX) is a successful full-time investor, the author of Trading Classic Chart Patterns and Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns, First Edition. He is also a contributor to Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities, SFO, and Active Trader magazines. Before earning enough from his investments to "retire" from his day job at age 36, Bulkowski was a hardware design engineer with Raytheon and a senior software engineer for Tandy Corporation.
